2. Professional Writers Needed – BUSINESS/Finance/Marketing Niche

Pay: $.2 cents a word +

Description:  Dear all,

Thank you in advance for reading this post. I have been in this industry for 7 years and I manage a team of 20 (or so) writers. I am looking to expand my business by adding a few more writers to my team of professional writers.

I hope to get in touch with a few excellent BUSINESS/FINANCE/MARKETING/MANAGEMENT writers on here.

Please note that I’m only after writers who:

1. are native English speakers
2. write professionally as their full time job and don’t have a thousand of other things to do during the day, especially another full time job outside the home
3. check their email frequently enough during the day (at least once ever 3 hours or so….)
4. can stick to deadlines and communicates effectively
5. reliable and committed!
6. Can deliver at least 7,000 words in one week as clients don’t usually like to wait 3 weeks for 7,000 words

My top priority right now is writers who EXCEL as BUSINESS/FINANCE/MARKETING/MANAGEMENT writers. I am getting a lot of projects in this niche but I have only managed to hire one writer who is EXCELLENT in this niche and tick all the boxes for me within the past 4 months. I’m hoping that through this post, I get to meet someone who is as excellent and whom I can trust with such assignments.

Pay rates: This is usually around $2 per 100 words. It will be based on each separate project though. It depends on the deal I manage to get. If I can pay more, I DO pay more. Sometimes $2.5 or $3 per 100 words.

I pay through PayPal and Skrill, depending on the writer’s preference.

Preference will be given to those who have degrees/BAs related to this subject of business/marketing/management/finance.

If you can write KILLER sales/marketing copy, please tell me about such expertise in your application, along with some samples. I’m referring to emails/newsletters, video scripts, sales copy, Press Releases, etc…

Well, if you’re interested, please email me some samples in doc format along with a cover letter, telling me more about yourself, your experience, the topics you know for sure you won’t excel in, your availability, etc… to above email address…

I am really keeping my fingers crossed about this. I’m REALLY hoping I get a couple of great writers from here! How about you add one four four eight in numbers in your subject so I know you read this.

Good luck! 🙂

Bella

6. Need a person with Financial background (Financial District)

Pay: $30

Description: I need someone to write 475-500 words on 2 finance topics. I will provide my past examples for your reference and sample. This should be fun for finance majors. I like doing this, but am very busy at full time work.

Topic 1 due tonight,2/16, 9pm:
Investors hang on every word spoken (or not spoken) by the Federal Reserve Chairman, Janet Yellen (as they did her predecessors), regarding interest rates. Under Ben Bernanke, the Fed announced that it would be more open in discussing its outlook for the economy and how that outlook will direct monetary policy, a policy that apparently will be continued under Yellen. More recently, the Fed is trying to communicate the “right” message regarding when and to what degree it will raise interest rates. In your opinion,

a. Is greater openness by the Fed a good or a bad thing, given that the market may overreact to any statements from the Fed?

b. How should the Fed balance the concerns regarding recession and inflation?

Topic 2: due 2/21

Many people believe that the growing use of options and other financial derivatives is a huge benefit to the marketplace, improving efficiency and diversifying risk amongst a much wider group of investors. Others believe that derivatives are highly risky, that most parties which deal in derivatives don’t understand the underlying risks and as a result the overall amount of risk being accepted by our financial markets is much larger than anyone really appreciates. Yet others (and there obviously can be some overlap), believe that some derivative instruments (like credit default swaps) increase the likelihood of a company or country defaulting since they provide incentives to market participants to encourage defaults or bankruptcies. What are your thoughts?

How would you transport them?
